- Sama AirlinesRiyadh, Saudi Arabia Sama required assistance converting their current travel agency portal during their Navitaire New Skies conversion. Among the items that made the portal a success are: role-based agency reporting, customized agent booking flows, and an agency-specific reservation search. We were instrumental in assisting Sama meet their aggressive timelines for launch.
Experience
Initially a agent for NPS, I left Navitaire in 2006 to pursue the opportunity to build a company based on offering products and services that bridge gaps between airlines and New Skies.
Over the years the company has grown and we've worked with all of the relevant versions of the New Skies reservation system from the early 1.x versions through the current 3.x versions. Having a broad knowledge of New Skies allows us to provide solutions that work with the various versions airlines are running.
